At Floors4less.com, we strive to give you the best customer service experience possible. If we can assist you with your order in any way please contact us.

Before ordering from Floors4less.com, please read our policy guidelines on order cancellation, returns and damages.

Damages:

You the customer are responsible for inspecting all products before accepting deliveries or picking products up at our local distributor. Please inspect all packages for dings, dents or scratches that might indicate problems with the merchandise inside. Do not accept any packages that arrive damaged. If you are picking up packags and they have questionable damage, employees of our local distributor will be happy to help you inspect those boxes for damages and hold them for you. Damages discovered after the product leaves our distributor's warehouse must be reported to us and returned within 5 days. Do not attempt to install damaged products as no refund will be offered for products after installation. Floors4less.com is not responsible for damages to flooring made during installation.

Returns and Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it is not always possible to cancel those orders with our manufacturers. Floors4less.com will attempt to assist you in any cancellations if possible. Unopened boxes may be returned to our distributor's warehouse within 20 days of pick-up. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will also be charged the intial $50 shipping fee as well as return freight charges.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped to our distributor American Flooring at 119 Executive Drive, Saltillo, MS 38866. Orders may be picked up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday. For customers outside our local area, please call (662) 869 1385 or e-mail sales@floors4less.com for a shipping quote. We'll find the best shipping route based on your location, the product you've ordered and available freight lines.

Warranties:

Warranties vary on each product and are under the discretion of the manufacturer. We will present any claims to the manufacturer and assist you in resolving any warranty issues you may have.
